Client & Volume Analysis: Conduct a thorough analysis of our clients and their order volumes. This will help tailor your approach based on their specific needs.
Organize and Prioritize: Strategically arrange your client lists, focusing on order volume and identifying which products/services they aren't currently utilizing. This will guide your outreach efforts.
Pricing Models & Free Trials: Depending on the client's needs, use the software fee as a benchmark or adopt a traditional pricing model. Additionally, to sweeten the deal and display our confidence in our offerings, you have the authority to offer clients a free trial period of up to one month.
Active Engagement: Engage our clients, be it through individual sessions or group meetings. Ensure they are informed, interested, and ready to onboard with the solutions that best amplify their operations.

For Sarah's Sales in March:
New Revenue: $1,800
Commission: 10% of $1,800 = $180
Payout: $90 in March, $45 in April, $45 in May
For Mike's Sales in April, May, and June:
April Revenue: $5,300 (Commission = 25% of $5,300 = $1,325)
May Revenue: $5,700 (Commission = 25% of $5,700 = $1,425)
June Revenue: $6,100 (Commission = 25% of $6,100 = $1,525)
Total 3-month Commission: $4,275
Rolling Bonus for consistent top tier achievement: 5% of ($5,300 + $5,700 + $6,100) = $856.50
Total Earnings for the quarter: $5,131.50
