If a customer is trying to order delivery from your website 15 mintues prior to your Location OR a specific restaurant closing, you can display a “Closing Soon” alert that will notify your customers that they have to act quickly if they want their order processed.
If they take too long during the ordering process there will be an error message that will tell them that they didn’t place their order in time.
There are too different checkboxes, one controls the alert for your Location page as a whole on your website and the other controls the Restaurant specific alert. They will both “live” in the Customize Ordering Experience in your Settings tab. Simply navigate to Settings tab on the left side navigation bar and then type “Closing” in the filter field on the top left. From here you can choose if you want to activate the “Closing Soon” message for Restaurants or Location or both scenarios. This message will start to appear 15 minutes before closing of your location or a specific restaurant.
