In order to refund a gift certificate, you'll need to "zero out" the gift certificate on your instance of RDS Logic so that the customer can no longer use it.
Then you'll need to log into your bluepay gateway and void or refund the transaction thereput in a support ticket to let us know the code which you want refunded to the card which bought it.
