In this article we will cover everything you need to know about creating a brand new Restaurant Profile for your new partnered and/or non-partnered restaurant.

You will start this process by navigating to the RESTAURANTS tab in your admin backend and then selecting a LOCATION in which you would like to create this new profile.
From here you will see a ADD tab where you will have an option to let our Fully Automated Restaurant and Menu Builder do most of the work for you
OR you can click the little X on the window that pops up, enter the restaurant’s name and select ADD to start creating a restaurant profile manually.

Now once you have a Restaurant Profile creation started you will see a wide variety of options to edit and choose from but don’t let that intimidate you, it’s easier than it looks you can do it! (smile)

INFO TAB

Main field we will HAVE to inject in the INFO tab will be the following:

  • Location

  • Zone (if you want your restaurant to be in one zone in that specific location)

  • Assign a Menu

  • Address 1 - City - State - Zip Code (Address 2 is for more specific navigation like unit number, floor, etc)

  • Phone Number

  • Email Address and Email Address (Takeout)

  • Order Placement Method

    • Call in as Customer (Dispatch team would place the order over the phone with the customer’s name)

HOURS

In this tab we will specify at which times the customers can order from this restaurant.
Please follow the format here:

  • Don’t overlap hours (If Breakfast is available from 9am to 1pm start Lunch shift at 1pm at the earliest to avoid issues)

  • Use the Copy To All in order to save time

  • Make sure you ALWAYS click SAVE after you have completed your changes or the information will be lost.

  • If you would like to utilize Hours Override please click the article in order to see how it functions.

This is how you create a restaurant using the Restaurant Profile Setup area.
