Problem

You are experiencing issues with PCI Compliance while using your Bluepay Processor.  

Solution

When using Bluepay as your CC processor, you are fully responsible to fill out the questionnaire and remain compliant.  Please contact Bluepay directly with any questions that you may have regarding this process.

We do recommend switching processors from Bluepay to Stripe, where PCI Compliance is fully handled for you.

At this time, we are not able to assist further with the questionnaire or PCI Scan.
