Getting Started
The first thing you’ll want to do when you get your login details is adjust your business settings and your profile settings.
Next, you’ll want to set up your integrations for things like social media, Google My Business profile(s), Stripe, etc.
Finally, you may want to add team members to your account.
Setting Up Funnels & Opportunities
Opportunities are the contacts that you move through different stages of funnels based on where they are in your process.
You can add opportunities manually OR via a form that’s filled out OR from any trigger available in the system.
Example: Driver Onboarding- As Joe Driverprospect goes through the process from applying to being onboarded, you can set up stages along the way. At each stage, you can have tasks that either your team does manually or that happen automatically to move Joe on to the next stage in your process.
Example: Restaurant Prospecting- Similar to the driver onboarding example above, prospective restaurant partners move from stage to stage until they reach the ultimate goal of becoming partnered.
