How to Reset a Password For a Customer
If a customer reaches out stating that they can’t access their account or that they forgot their password all you have to do is acquire their e-mail address and navigate to the USERS tab in your admin backend.
After that input the e-mail address of the customer in the search tab and expand their user account.
From here you will be able to fill in the Password field with a new password and notify the customer.
