Cost to Me:
You are able to identify the applicable costs of generating orders for National Partnerships from the marketplace cards. Here is an example of a cost structure:

To break this down a little further, the Setup cost is a POS integration cost that is applied one time per restaurant as we are utilizing middleware companies such as OLO, Checkmate and Chowly to produce this integration between us and our brands. The per order fees are also invoiced out monthly for you similar to your software per order fees for non National Partners.

Commissions are set at a rate that can be the same for delivery and takeout, or sometimes differentiated by delivery OR takeout rates, dependent on the agreement.

Locational Charges:
We are unable to markup a menu from a brand further as a part of our agreements however we build in and allow the locational charges listed in each card for you upon activation to enable you to generate more take home if desired. Here is an example of a set up at a location for a “DLNP” (DeliverLogic National Partner) Restaurant:

An important factor to keep in mind here for your consumer experience is that these additional charges do compound at the checkout and can scare off customers from ordering on your app/website. We are able to amend any locational charges down from 10% if you desire, just not increase them.

As a reminder, the locational charges here do NOT pass through to Order With Google (GFO) at this time so there can be variation on the final takehome for you on top of that commission if your Order With Google (GFO) service fees are different. But the principle of the previous note still stands, you do not want to scare away the consumers at checkout with extremely high additional charges and fees if possible.

Reporting:
You are able to view order volume and summaries for national partners easily from your backend.

You can drill down further to the “Fee Breakdown” for each restaurant to identify your net per order.
