GoHighLevel + ActiveMenus Integration

Welcome!

This integration connects your ActiveMenus account with GoHighLevel (GHL) so that customer information and new orders automatically flow into your GHL sub-accounts as contacts. No more manual copying and pasting!

What Does This Integration Do?

  • Every new customer account created in ActiveMenus → automatically creates a contact in GHL

  • Every new order placed in ActiveMenus → adds the order details to that customer’s contact in GHL

  • When a customer updates their info in ActiveMenus → their GHL contact stays up-to-date

Important Note:
Only new orders and new/updated customer accounts are sent to GHL.
If an order is later changed (status updates, cancellations, refunds, etc.), those changes do not come through to GHL. This is a current limitation of the integration.

 

How to Install (Super Simple)

  1. Open the GoHighLevel Marketplace in your agency view

  2. Search for our app or go directly to a link (provided by us):
    → You’ll be sent a unique installation link like:
    https://app.logicmanager.co/integration/YOUR-APP-ID

  3. Click “Install” on the app

  4. Choose which GHL sub-account (location) you want to connect

  5. You’ll be asked to log in to your RDS Logic account and give permission

  6. That’s it! The integration will:

    • Automatically set everything up behind the scenes

    • Pull in your existing RDS Logic customers as GHL contacts

    • Start sending new orders and accounts instantly

You’re done in under 2 minutes — no coding required!

What Happens Automatically After Installation?

  • All your existing RDS Logic customers are imported as contacts in GHL

  • New customers and new orders start appearing in GHL right away

  • Special custom fields are added to your contacts so you can see order details, customer type, etc.

  • Everything keeps itself up-to-date without you doing anything else

 

 

Common Questions

Q: Do I need to do anything daily/weekly?
A: Nope! The connection refreshes itself automatically every 11 hours.

Q: What if something stops working?
A: Please reach out to us through Slack or e-mail hello@activemenus.com

Q: Can I make changes in GHL and have them go back to ActiveMenus?

A: No, this is a one-way sync: ActiveMenus → GHL only.
Changes made in GHL do not go back to ActiveMenus.
