I am trying to select a new mp3 file to play on new orders, I went into the dispatch settings, chose the file, saved it, but nothing changes. Can't get the New Order MP3 to work.

1) Try clearing your cookies and cache on your browser.

3) Enter : YOURDOMAIN.com/editable/admin/newOrderSound.mp3 , replacing YOURDOMAIN.com with the actual URL of your site.

Please remember that New Order MP3's are set on each individual dispatcher's account and are not a global setting. |
