New Order MP3 Not Saving / Playing

I am trying to select a new mp3 file to play on new orders, I went into the dispatch settings, chose the file, saved it, but nothing changes.  Can't get the New Order MP3 to work. 

Solution

1) Try clearing your cookies and cache on your browser.

2) Restart computer. 

3) New sound should play upon new order. 

If that doesn't work, please try the following steps: 

1) Upload your new sound.

2) Save.

3) Enter : YOURDOMAIN.com/editable/admin/newOrderSound.mp3 , replacing YOURDOMAIN.com with the actual URL of your site.
