Can't Mark Order as Delivered
Problem
Dispatcher is unable to mark the order as delivered on the dispatch screen.
Solution
There are 2 main reasons that this may be happening.
Follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:
Attempt assigning a driver to the order and then mark as delivered.
This would be because the order needs to have a driver assigned to it in order for the order to have been marked as delivered.
If you are unable to assign a driver to the order, it is likely that the Restaurant Profile is set up in Portal Mode. To remedy, please navigate to the Restaurant Profile and scroll to the far bottom of the Information Tab. Uncheck the Portal Mode box if you intend to assign your drivers to these orders.
