Up to $1,999 in new revenue: Earn a 10% commission.
$2,000 - $4,999 in new revenue: Secure a 15% commission.
$5,000 & above in new revenue: Rise to the top tier with a 25% commission.
Rolling Bonus for Continuous Excellence:
Should you achieve the top commission tier for three consecutive months, you'll earn an additional 5% bonus on the three-month total, making the potential maximum commission a whopping 30%.
Payout Schedule:
You'll receive 50% of your commission at the month's end.
The remaining 50% is evenly distributed over the next two months.

New Revenue: $1,800
Commission: 10% of $1,800 = $180
Payout: $90 in March, $45 in April, $45 in May
