Clover Native Printing
...

Clover Native Printing feature triggers a print to the order printer after we inject the order into the POS system.
About this feature:
It triggers a print to the order printer once the order is injected into the POS system.
It sends a failed printing email to the user if the job is not printed within two minutes of the request.
It informs the user about the unavailability of the printer to print the order receipt via email. Also, it provides basic order details and a link to view the HTML version of the order receipt by selecting the “Web Receipt” as indicated below. When the printer is back online, the order receipt prints as requested.
Clover deletes the print event of the order if it is not printed within one hour of the request. Order is not deleted and the user can view it in the Orders app.
With this feature, it is not at all essential to keep the ItsaCheckmate android app running to print the orders in real-time.
How to add Clover Native Printing flag?
Clover Native Printing flag will be automatically added to all the new Clover locations during the onboarding.
