Agency & Marketing Initiative / Glue

We need to devise the right setups.@Brian Kirkland, consider the possibility of agencies wanting to offer white-labeled services as their own version of "activemenus." It's essential to streamline the merchant onboarding process for them.

I've pondered this extensively and believe that in most cases (around 90%), whether directly through activemenus or via agencies, restaurants would be provided with a URL for their online ordering platform. This URL could follow a structure like ordering.activemenus.com/groupname/restaurantname, rather than assigning each restaurant its unique subdomain, such as restaurant.activemenus.com. However, if the creation and management of these subdomains can be automated and simplified, then that could be a viable approach as well.

Occasionally (about 10% of the time), a restaurant might require its own dedicated instance.Another critical aspect to consider is enabling agencies to access and synchronize data from all their managed restaurants, including customer and order information, with platforms like Go High Level. This capability would allow them to effortlessly create automation and marketing strategies, whether for a single restaurant or multiple establishments, by aggregating data into a system that supports setting up automations and actions based on restaurant names or other criteria.

The other thing we need to consider is non white label for agencies and regular reselling as activemenus but then being able to provide DATA access to specific restaurants based on the reselling agency, so that data can be synced to a system like GHL.

For example, Agency GHL1 could aggregate data across a whole restaurant group, allowing for the differentiation of customers and orders by specific restaurants:
-Restaurant group

  • Restaurant 1

  • Restaurant 2

  • Restaurant 3

We have had these discussions with the team but at the end of the day...we need to ensure that the vision is the same.But...There are two scenarios

  1. Agency Saas / White lable

  2. Agency Reseller of activemenus

Then we need to consider

  1. Automated set up

  2. Access to specific data allowed to sync with other systems

  3. Links for ordering

  4. Embed / modal style ordering that lives within any website. (similar to gloria foods)
