We were wondering how you go about giving a refund with the Gift Certificates, We have a customer that was charged more than once by accident.
Step-by-step guide
In order to refund a gift certificate, you'll need to "zero out" the gift certificate on your instance of RDS Logic so that the customer can no longer use it.
Then you'll need to log into your bluepay gateway and void or refund the transaction there.
