I was on the dispatch screen and selected "Show Pending Orders" under show status. Can you clarify what this means?
Pending Orders are a is a customer order when on the payment select page they select credit and are in the process of entering their credit card information. Generally we recommend keeping pending orders as showing on your dispatch screen and calling any pending order that goes above the 10 minute count. This often times means that a customer decided at the very end to not complete their order, or after they entered their card info thought the ordering process was complete.
