Solution

1. By default, we do not offer access to the HTML Head in the Site Editor.

2. The reason is that a change to the HTML Head that is in error, will result in breaking the core design of the site.

3. If you believe that your HTML and CSS skills are great and you would like access to the HTML Head in the site editor, but know that we WILL NOT fix any issues caused by erroneous design attempts in the HTML Head.
