Report Generator

Do you love the huge amount of reports that RDSLogic has built right into it? We do too. But we also know that sometimes you want to build a custom report, so we built the Report Generator. Read on to learn how to use the report generator.

 Instructions

Follow these steps:

  1. From the main admin dashboard, find the “report gen.” button.

     

  2. Once you are in the report generator, you’ll see a dropdown in the top left.

  3. Select which data set you’d like to use between USER, CODES, ORDER or RESTAURANT information.

     

  4. Drag and drop any data field that you’d like from the “Available” section into the “Selected” section.

     

  5. You will begin to see your data display on the screen.

  6. By default we show only 100 records, but you can find the dropdown in the “report options” area and expand to view more record.

  7. You can also drag and drop from the “Available” section over to the right hand sorting and filtering section.

  8. Play around and have fun! You’ll get to know more about the report generator as you play with it.
