Return Eatabit Printers

To avoid further billing for Eatabit printers please follow the instructions below.

Step-by-step guide

1. Please ship the devices to:

   Eatabit
   164 Market Street
   Unit D
   Charleston, SC
   29401

2. ***It is important that printers are packed appropriately to avoid damage*** 

   1. Please use medium or heavy-duty boxes that cannot fall apart during shipment. 

   2. Please use a layer of bubble wrap around each individual device.

   3. Please do not use styrofoam 'peanuts.' 

   4. Please ship no more than 10 devices in a single box. 

   5. Please ship via UPS or FedEx only, do not use USPS.

   6. Please email me tracking as soon as the devices ship.

3. All returns have a Fifty Dollar ($50.00) restocking fee as stated in section 2.03 of your eatabit purchase agreement.

4. All Lost printers have a four hundred ($400.00) fee as stated in section 2.03 of your eatabit purchase agreement.
