If you are finding this article, you most likely have at least one order which is from a PRIOR DAY than today, which you have forgotten to mark as delivered or complete.

Steps that you should take…

1. Navigate to your dispatch screen.
2. Open the dispatch screen filters, note that you can use hot key G to open this as well.
3. Use the date selector to select yesterday and then hit APPLY on the right.
4. You will now be looking at your orders from the day prior. You will see delivered AND non delivered orders from the prior day.
5. If the order that is on the board in a nondelivered state was actually delivered and needs to be marked as such, please click the order once to highlight it and then you can mark it as delivered. (If it is a delivery order, you cannot mark them delivered unless there is a driver assigned to the order).
6. If the order that is on the board in a non delivered state needs to be cancelled, please do that at this time.
7. Note that you can use the Orders dropdown in the dispatcher filters to move to ALL. This will show you ALL orders from the past which are not yet marked as delivered, as well as all of the current days orders. While this alert that you got might have mentioned order(s) from the prior day which were not marked as delivered, it is worth checking your entire history to get that cleaned up.


It is imperative to get ALL of your orders marked as delivered when they are complete.

You will NOT get payment for orders which are NOT marked as delivered.
