How to Cancel or Activate a DeliverClub Membership for Your Customer

If your customers are not sure how to activate or cancel their DeliverClub membership you can do this for them by Impersonating the user.

In your admin backend you will navigate to USERS and then search for the E-mail, Number or Name of the customer that inquired about this change, simply navigate to the top right and hit IMPERSONATE after which you will be able to see that user’s MEMBERSHIP panel and activate a DeliverClub trial or cancel the membership.
