Shift Summary Report Placed versus Dispatched

Problem

We're starting to look at the efficiency of our dispatchers more and can you let me know exactly what "Dispatched" and "Placed" mean in the shift summary report for agents?

Solution

Placed = Order Taken Over the Phone or Manually Entered by Agent

Dispatched = That dispatcher made the last dispatch touch on the order. Generally the person who marked it as placed.
