E-Store Popup Not Working

Problem

My e-store popup is not working. It doesn't pop up at all and it isn't showing on all menus.  What should I do to get my estore to pop up.

Solution

On the E-Store menu itself, click on a menu header and click the option to show on all menus.  You'll have to select this in order for the e store menu header to show on all menus and to have it show in the popup.  Here is a video showing what I did to fix: http://somup.com/cDlqlsKHK.
