Green Dot by Driver's Name on Dispatch Screen

Hello,

This green dot means that the driver is now on the new version of DriverLogic (the driver app). We've rolled out a new version of the app to 10% of the people that are on Android devices and plan to do more of an extensive roll out in the coming week(s).

If the driver is still having issue at this time, please have them:
1) Log out of the app.
2) Uninstall the app from their phone.
3) Power cycle the phone (turn it off and then back on).
4) Reinstall the app.
5) Log back in.

If the issues are not resolved after following the above steps, please reach back out to this support ticket.
