Step-by-Step Guide to Resetting Your Admin Account Password on the RDS Site

If you need to reset your password for the admin account on the RDS site, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the Password Reset Page:

  2. Enter Your Account Details:

    • On the password reset page, enter your email address or username associated with your admin account.

    • Follow the on-screen instructions to initiate the password reset process. You may need to verify your identity through a confirmation email or SMS.

  3. Reset Your Password:

    • Once you verify your identity, you will be prompted to enter a new password. Choose a strong password that includes a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.

  4. Log In With Your New Password:

    • After resetting your password, go to the admin login page by navigating to https://www.(yourdomain).com/admin.

    • Again, replace (yourdomain) with your actual domain name.

    • Log in with your new password to confirm that the reset was successful.

Note: The password reset feature is designed to be used by both customers and admins. Although it might not seem intuitive at first for administrative accounts, this method allows you to reset passwords for any user, including admin accounts.

It isn't super intuitive to use the customer facing password reset, but you are able to reset passwords for all users with this method.
