You Need a New Stripe Account?

The play here is to first create a ticket letting us know all of the details of your situation… THEN:

  1. Create a new location, literally call it “NEW STRIPE LOCATION”.

  2. Go into the “manage payments” area and then select that new location.

  3. Create a new stripe account for that location. This will be what we turn into your “new stripe account” for the location(s) which you need this new account applied to.

  4. Let us know when the new location exists and the new stripe account is set up within it.

  5. We will then take the new stripe account and place it in the settings for the location(s) which you’ve designated.

A few notes…

  1. After we take the new, and put it in place of the old… we will take the old and put it in place of the new in that new location you created, and we’ll rename it something like “OLD stripe location” so that we can still see those transactions and batch them, etc…

  2. Customers will need to re-input payment methods, as they won’t be stored against this new account.
