Finding the IP Address Associated with an Order

I was wondering if its possible to somehow get the IP address that was used to order. Please let me know if theres anything else i can do to help my case. This is the first time something of this nature has happened to us. 



How to Find the IP Address: 

  1. Go to the dispatch screen. 

  2. Type the order number in the top right. 

  3. Double click the order. 

  4. Find the IP address just above the restaurant name and phone number.
