Dispatcher Alerts Activation and Clearing

ACTIVATION: In order to activate Dispatch Alerts navigate to SETTINGS on your admin backend and select DISPATCHER ALERTS, from here you can activate the alerts feature and specific alerts as well.
MAKE SURE TO SELECT SAVE ALL SETTINGS ON THE BOTTOM LEFT OF THE SCREEN
There are several very useful alerts that can display on your dispatch screen.
Delivered Order Confirm | This checkbox will create a confirmation pop-up when you want to confirm your orders as delivered. |

Duplicate Order Alert | If a user orders twice in a 30 minute window it will display an alert on the dispatch screen. |
Advanced Order Notifier | If there are advanced orders that have NOT been marked to CONFIRMED status it will make the advanced order notification blink. |
Coupon Code Usage Alert | If a coupon / gift code is used on an order it will display a dispatch alert. |
Restaurant Closing Soon Alert | If the restaurant is closing within 30 minutes and the order has not been placed, dispatcher alert will show. |
OrderLogic Declined Order Alert | If an order is rejected by OrderLogic, dispatcher alert will be shown. |
Driver Checkout Alert | If a driver checks out when they are assigned to an order, dispatcher alert will display. |
Missing Driver Alert | If an order has a driver assigned and then no longer has a driver, dispatch alert will be triggered. |
No Driver Checked In Alert | If a location receives a delivery order with no drivers checked in, dispatch alert will display. |
New Driver Indicator | If the driver was created in the system within the last 5 days, this will display an indicator in the driver area of the dispatch screen to let your placers/dispatchers know they’re new. |
Driver Additional Tip Alert | If additional tip is added to an order through DriverLogic App, dispatch alert will be displayed. |
CLEARING: In order to clear dispatcher alerts from your dispatch screen all you have to do is Right Click on an order that you want to clear and select CLEAR DISPATCHER ALERTS not to be confused with CLEAR FRAUD ALERTS!!!
