How to submit an issue request to Chowly support 

There are three ways you can submit an issue request to Chowly support:

  1. Use their Live Chat option

    1. Got to https://chowly.help/s/ and click on the live chat button in the bottom right-hand corner

    2. Follow the prompts to begin the chat

    3. Make sure to let the chat agent know that you are NOT the restaurant, but that you are the delivery platform

  2. Call their Support Line at 888-628-0823 and Select Extension 2 for Support

    1. The support staff is available every Monday through Friday 9 am- Midnight CST 

      1. Be ready to provide the following information to the support specialist to expedite the process:

        1. Your Name

        2. Company Name, please provide both your delivery service brand name (example: Joe’s Delivery) AND DeliverLogic. The support specialist will most likely have your account under DeliverLogic, so providing this info from the start will cut down the wait time.

        3. Restaurant Name

        4. Restaurant Address

        5. Detailed Description of the issue. Please be as specific as you can and be ready to provide the order number(s) for the support specialist to look into

  3. Send an Email to Chowly Support Team at support@chowlyinc.com

    1. Include the following information in the body of the email:

      1. Your Name

      2. Company Name, please provide both your delivery service brand name (example: Joe’s Delivery) AND DeliverLogic. The support specialist will most likely have your account under DeliverLogic, so providing this info from the start will cut down the wait time. 

        1. (example format: Joe’s Delivery/DeliverLogic)

      3. Restaurant Name

      4. Restaurant Address

      5. Detailed Description of the issue. Please be as specific as you can and be ready to provide the order number(s) for the support specialist to look into
