User Ordering History
Problem
I'm trying to find orders in a customer's history, but I am only seeing the most recent 25 orders. I searched yammer and searched support for any pre-set answers, but I might not be searching for the right key words. Is it possible to see farther back into a customer's history?
Solution
From the dispatch screen itself, you can enter the customer's phone number or email address on their account.
See all of that customer's ordering history.
