There are many different ways that orders can be placed for the restaurant to start preparing the food for the driver to pick-up.

  1. Call in as customer - Order placer will call the restaurant and place the order under customer’s name.

  2. Call in as partner - Order placer will call the restaurant and place the order under your Delivery Service’s name.

  3. Priority call in as customer - This is the same as it's non priority version, BUT should be used for restaurants that are more picky, take longer for order placement or might require a HIGHER LEVEL order placer to handle.

  4. Priority call in as partner - This is the same as it's non priority version, BUT should be used for restaurants that are more picky, take longer for order placement or might require a HIGHER LEVEL order placer to handle.

  5. Cellular printer - Order is printed from a Bluetooth/Eatabit/Sprinterr printer that is at the restaurant (Additional setup required).

  6. Driver Call-in - Driver would be instructed through DriverLogic app to place the order by calling the restaurant before arrival.

  7. Driver PiP (Place in person) - Driver would be instructed through DriverLogic app to place the order in person (Usually used for Fast Food Driver Thru restaurants).

  8. Email - Restaurant and/or Driver copy of the order would be sent to the restaurant’s e-mail address.

  9. Fax - Restaurant and/or Driver copy of the order would be sent to the restaurant’s fax number.

  10. OrderLogic - Order is sent through the OrderLogic app that’s connected to the Restaurant User.

  11. POS - If you have the integration complete with a restaurant partner’s POS you can send orders directly to their system.

  12. Place Online - If you have a restaurant you would like to delivery from but don’t have a partnership with and they have a online ordering website this method will let Order Placers to place orders online for your drivers. (Instructions and additional setup needed)
