If your driver is requesting more funds on their Smart Pay cards even after the Auto-Load you can easily add additional funds so they can pay for the order and start delivering the food.
You will need to be in your Dispatch Screen in order to be able to do this.

STEP 1: Locate your order on the dispatch screen, for this example we will have an order that has already been Placed and the Driver is in need of more funds in order to pick up the food.

STEP 2: Once you located the order right click on it and select “VIEW”

STEP 3: Once you have the Order View window open scroll down past the Order Confirmation, Restaurant Issues and Driver Issues segments until you see a window labeled SMART PAY

Here you will be able to add any $ amount and select TRANSFER and the Smart Pay card will instantly have more funds so your driver can move on with their delivery.

You will also be able to see exactly the timestamp and the card number that previous got additional transfers/funds on that order.
