Blacklist a driver from a delivery address or Area

When you need to prevent a driver from delivering to an area or a specific address

 Instructions

  1. Go to Locations and select the Auto Dispatch tab

  2. Now select Drop Off Pocket

  3. Draw a polygon around the area or address that the driver is now allowed to go

  4. Name the area a description of the marked area

  5. Go to the Driver section

  6. Select Manage Drivers

  7. Toward the bottom of the driver’s information box is a drop-down where you can select the blacklisted area

  8. Save

There are two areas from the Main Admin screen you must complete to make this work.
