Our driver's aren't receiving their texts messages, please help ASAP!
Solution
The email-to-text gateway that cell phone carriers provide can be unreliable, and although the success rate is still quite high, we've seen more frequent reports of non-delivered text messages when these gateways are used. Unfortunately, the cell phone companies never bounce emails to indicate that there is an issue with a particular message. Once the message is sent there is no guarantee, or even future notification, that a message was delivered or rejected. This method of texting is not guaranteed and should be closely monitored, especially with a new phone number. We suggest having your drivers utilize the DeliverLogic driver app or you can turn on smart texts to ensure delivery of communication between driver and dispatch.
