Blacklist a driver from a delivery address or Area

When you need to prevent a driver from delivering to an area or a specific address
Instructions
Go to Locations and select the Auto Dispatch tab
Now select Drop Off Pocket
Draw a polygon around the area or address that the driver is now allowed to go
Name the area a description of the marked area
Go to the Driver section
Select Manage Drivers
Toward the bottom of the driver’s information box is a drop-down where you can select the blacklisted area
Save
There are two areas from the Main Admin screen you must complete to make this work.
