OrderLogic App Troubleshooting for Operators

If your restaurants already troubleshooted and tried everything they can to get their Tablet/OrderLogic App to work properly and still can’t see orders or have issues logging in there are a few steps you can take in order to fix this.


There are many different settings and/or changes that can affect an order not properly sending to the OrderLogic App and we will try to cover as many of those as we can below.

 

RESTAURANT PROFILE SPECIFIC ISSUES

  1. First thing we need to make sure is that the
    Restaurant USER Profile is properly connected to the Restaurant Page in the RESTAURANTS tab.
    Go to USERS > SERACH USER (Input e-mail that you assigned to that restaurant for OrderLogic login) > Under Restaurant(s) field make sure you have the correct Restaurant profile selected and SAVE at the bottom of the page.

  2. Restaurant info e-mail empty
    ( The field that says “Send which email to the restaurant?”
    Restaurant Copy needs to be checked in order for OrderLogic to send orders through )

  3. Order Placement Method setup (Ensure auto confirm of orders is checked for ASAP)
    You have to have OrderLogic selected in this field!

 

ORDER SPECIFIC ISSUES

  1. Making sure order is Confirmed and not sitting in NEW status.
    If you don’t manually handle dispatch ALWAYS make sure you CONFIRM both your Delivery AND Takeout orders. The system WON’T push the “NEW” status orders to the OrderLogic App.

  2. Timing (Future orders appear in the scheduled section)
    In some cases Restaurants won’t be aware of the fact that orders sent hours or days prior will appear in the SCHEDULED section of the OrderLogic app originally so always double check with the Restaurant if they checked that section.

  3. Odd Pickup times
    Double checking the time zone settings on the tablet where the orders are coming in is always a good idea, especially if it’s not set to auto-zoning and updating.

  4. Customer information not showing
    If your agreement with the restaurant is that they need to see Customer’s information or Delivery address you will have to find their USER account and enable that for their OrderLogic App
