DeliverLogic is proud to announce a new feature that will change the way restaurants manage rewards for their customers. The Order Logic-based Rewards Management feature allows restaurants to manage rewards for their customers from within the Order Logic app. In this article, we will explain how the feature works and how you can set it up.

Setup

To activate the feature, first, navigate to the users section and select the restaurant you want to manage rewards for. Once you have selected the restaurant, check the “Show Rewards Management Option” checkbox to enable the feature. This will add two new fields; Order Logic App Pin Users and Show Rewards Management Option. Order Logic App Pin Users is a security feature that ensures cashiers or servers use a unique pin code when adding or deducting points for a customer. It also helps in tracking who made the changes. You can assign any pin number, but it’s recommended to use the same pin number the servers or cashiers use when starting an order. The final step is to click “Save” to save your changes.

Using the Feature

To use the feature, open the Order Logic app and navigate to the Rewards Management section. Here you can search for existing users or add a new user. To add a new user, enter the user's email, phone number, first and last name, and assign points for their purchases. Once you have done that, click “Add User” and enter the pin to confirm the user's creation.

This feature is particularly useful for customers who visit your restaurant but don’t have an existing account. You can also remove points by clicking “Remove Points” and entering the number of points you want to deduct. You can also add a check number and description to help with your accounting.

 

The Order Logic-based Rewards Management feature is a game-changer for restaurants that want to manage rewards for their customers from within the Order Logic app. With this feature, you can easily add, remove, or modify points for customers in real-time, making it easier to track their loyalty and reward them accordingly.
