How to Add Additional Funds to Smart Pay Cards on Active Orders

If your driver is requesting more funds on their Smart Pay cards even after the Auto-Load you can easily add additional funds so they can pay for the order and start delivering the food.
You will need to be in your Dispatch Screen in order to be able to do this.

STEP 1: Locate your order on the dispatch screen, for this example we will have an order that has already been Placed and the Driver is in need of more funds in order to pick up the food.

STEP 2: Once you located the order right click on it and select “VIEW”
