How to set a Restaurant Alias Name

If you have multiple restaurants of the same name and/or want to distinguish between certain locations in the same city you can use Name Alias which will display under the Restaurant Profile as well as on the Dispatch Board when there’s an active order for that restaurant.

As you can see in the example above, Alias can indicate which street the restaurant is one if there are multiple location under the same name like Fast Food chains, Grocery Stores, etc…
But also keep in mind that the “Name” field will display on the customer facing website while the Alias will ONLY display on the Dispatch Board, so in case your customers use the “Name” to determine from which location they will order, you might want to leave that information in the “Name” field, otherwise for internal organization and ease of access utilize the Alias field.
